Exceeded Session Limit

Hi!
I work for a company that's trying to use IRC to coordinate with our development partners.
When more than three of us tried to connect, the newcomers received a notice that they were not allowed on Chat-Sol because we'd exceeded our session limit. Now we've all been banned.
I understand that some networks have limits on the number of connections from the same IP address, but that's problematic because we connect through the same router, and there are times that more than three of us need to be in the channel at the same time.
Is there a workaround, or do we need to find a network without these sort of session limits?
