Chat Solutions IRC Network

I tried to join aintitcool.com and there was a little message at the bottom of the page which stated that I was banned!  But I haven't been there for a few months due in part to computer problems and now I have a new (used) pc.  I never did anything to get banned.  At least as far as I know.  What can I do to get that changed?
