Wikipedia's definition of vhost extends beyond IRC into the DNS world.
For IRC purposes, a vhost simply conceals your real host name. It would be linked to your nick. You can login from any location under your nick, and the vhost will still work.

It appears you were able to connect today.
I have requested removal of the IP address you were inititally unable to login with. Removal from blacklists can take up to 48 hours.

Login to IRC, identify to your nickname, and type /msg hostserv on to activate the vhost.
